Really good laptop but it freezes on it like the lights keep on going on and off

Stunning build quality and specifications. Faster than the previous generation, cheaper by a significant amount, smaller lighter and thinner. The battery life is also longer. Although the OLED screen of Laptop2 had slightly better resolution, in practice it is not a deal breaker, which is probably why they changed it. The screen is non-removable, so no tablet mode.

Had it for about 6 months. It’s absolutely brilliant and I only have positive things to say about it. I upgraded from a 2020 MacBook Air and have no regrets. I took the 16GB 1TB version with Elite chip. It’s powerful, premium , screen and battery are excellent. Copilot features are also really useful. Don’t even think I’ve heard the fan boot up yet and if it has , it’s so quiet. I use it for personal, work and xbox cloud gaming: all have worked flawlessly. Honestly dudes these ARM versions are game changers for windows and I’m not at this moment sure if I’d ever go back to a Mac after experiencing this machine and would be happy to stay in the Surface world, but only if they keep pushing out PCs like this. Ps - I don’t work for MS ! but I just wanted to emphasise that they did a brilliant job with this. If you’re on the fence , just give it a try. If it’s not for you , I mean it’s Amazon what do you have to lose , they don’t exactly make returns difficult!

This machine is INCREDIBLE! I used to use the Microsoft Surface Tablet Pro but this machine blows it out of the water. So light and easy to use. I love it!

This laptop is a dream to use. For the past deacde or more, I have used Microsoft Surface Pro laptops, my third - a surface pro9, was about two years old, I was on my second keyboard when the kickstand gradually became detached I wondered if Microsoft builds were becoming second rate. But, the way I work, with the built in trackpad rather than a mouse, you can't beat the smooth responsiveness of Microsoft's trackpad. So decided on a surface laptop. I was fortunate in my timing as in prime days this was 45% descounted. If it hadn't been I would probably have settled for a lesser model - but in Prime days it was even cheaper than the less powerful smaller memory models. I wish it was lighter - I would love the 13" model to have all the bells and whistles this one has - but maybe in the future. I should say I usually but from the Microsoft store but the service when anything goes wrong is glacially slow - Amazon service beats them (and most other stores) hands down. So I felt confident moving my purchase from Microsoft to Amaxon.
