At Bluecybercow, we pride ourselves on providing quality refurbished and used tech at great prices — and we back that up with a clear, honest warranty.
✅ Warranty Coverage

Refurbished Items:
All items sold as ‘refurbished’ come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty. -
Used Items:
All items sold as ‘used’ come with a 90-day return-to-base warranty.
🔎 What Our Warranty Covers
- Hardware faults and functional issues that develop under normal use during the warranty period.
❌ What’s Not Covered
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts)
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Software issues or viruses after delivery
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
🔄 How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team at info@bluecybercow.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We’ll guide you through troubleshooting or arranging a return.
- If the item is found to have a fault covered under warranty, we will:
- Repair the item, or
- Replace it with a like-for-like product, or
- Issue a refund if repair or replacement isn’t possible.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Within the first 30 days, we cover return shipping costs.
- After 30 days, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.
