At Bluecybercow, we pride ourselves on providing quality refurbished and used tech at great prices — and we back that up with a clear, honest warranty.

Warranty Coverage

  • Refurbished Items:
    All items sold as ‘refurbished’ come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty.

  • Used Items:
    All items sold as ‘used’ come with a 90-day return-to-base warranty.

🔎 What Our Warranty Covers

  • Hardware faults and functional issues that develop under normal use during the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts)
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Software issues or viruses after delivery
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

🔄 How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team at info@bluecybercow.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We’ll guide you through troubleshooting or arranging a return.
  3. If the item is found to have a fault covered under warranty, we will:
    • Repair the item, or
    • Replace it with a like-for-like product, or
    • Issue a refund if repair or replacement isn’t possible.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Within the first 30 days, we cover return shipping costs.
  • After 30 days, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.
