📦 UK Mainland Deliveries

• All parcels are shipped via DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail using a next-day delivery service.

• Orders placed before 9am (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 9am are dispatched the next working day.

🕒 Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday. Orders made after 9am on Friday will be sent the following Monday (or next working day).

🌍 Deliveries Outside Mainland UK

• Orders may take 3–5 working days from the date of purchase.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Policy

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Return Shipping:

• Faulty or damaged items: Return shipping covered by us.

• Change of mind, wrong item ordered, or dislikes: Return shipping covered by the customer.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 working days.

• Timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's policies.
