RISO ink cartridge is a soy-based printing ink that has high color fastness and provides excellent color reproduction.
The ink is instantly fixed on the paper due to absorption, so the prints are not deformed and do not burn out in the sun.
RISO paint consists of a highly dispersed pigment (dye) and emulsion (a mixture of water, glycerin, solvents, stabilizers and film-forming - soybean oil). The size of the solid particles of the pigment is controlled and is 0.15-0.4 μm. Water-glycerin emulsion with pigment is absorbed into the sheet, and the film-forming components of the paint (soybean oil) remain on the surface, polymerize under the influence of air and thus fix the paint on the sheet. RISO ink tubes for the TR series are equipped with so-called radio identification chips - RFID, in which the manufacturer enters information about the composition of the ink, viscosity and other parameters, accounting for which allows to achieve optimal print quality. How to achieve a cheap cost of the print, without losing quality? To do this, you need to choose the right consumables. The manufacturer of the original paint for use on the risograph "RISO" will allow you to solve this problem. The use of advanced Japanese technology and raw materials allowed to obtain a high quality product. RISO TR risograph ink allows you to get a higher ratio of investment, as at a significantly low cost of printing, you get all the same quality prints when printing.
