A: No — we specialise in refurbished and used tech. Refurbished items are professionally restored, fully tested, and certified to work like new. Used items may show more signs of previous use but are tested for functionality.

🚚 Delivery
Q: How fast is delivery?
A: All orders to mainland UK are shipped via next-day delivery using DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail.
Q: When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 10am (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day.

Orders placed after 10am will be sent the next working day.

Orders made after 10am on Friday are shipped on Monday.
Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: Yes, we ship outside mainland UK — delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
